Refund policy
We want billing problems handled plainly and fairly.
Initial purchase
Contact support within 7 days of an initial subscription purchase if the service is materially unavailable or does not work as described. We will review usage and the reported issue before approving a refund.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new billing period begins, except where required by law or where a verified service failure prevented meaningful use.
How refunds are processed
Refund requests are reviewed by Empire Scout and, where approved, are issued through PayPal under its payment policies. Access may end when a full refund or payment reversal is completed. Bank processing time varies.
Cancellation
Cancel the automatic payment from your PayPal account to prevent future renewals. Cancelling does not itself refund the current paid period.
