Refund policy
We want billing problems handled plainly and fairly.
Initial purchase
Contact support within 7 days of an initial subscription purchase if the service is materially unavailable or does not work as described. We will review usage and the reported issue before approving a refund.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new billing period begins, except where required by law or where a verified service failure prevented meaningful use.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. Access may end when a full refund is issued. Bank processing time varies.
Cancellation
Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not itself refund the current period. Your billing portal shows the effective cancellation and access dates.
