EMPIRE SCOUT
Terms of service
These terms govern access to Empire Scout memberships, the browser extension, and Discord bot features.
Membership access
Access is licensed to one Discord account and, for extension features, one active browser device. You may not resell, share, automate resale of, or bypass account and device limits.
Usage limits
The Pro plan includes 50 successfully completed scout reports per billing period. Failed report generation does not consume quota. Attempts to evade limits or disrupt the service may result in suspension.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Pricing, applicable tax, renewal dates, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation are shown at checkout or in the billing portal. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record for purchases.
Service availability
Tournament and replay data can be incomplete or change at its source. Empire Scout is provided as an analytical aid and does not guarantee that every replay, identity association, set, or inference is complete.
Independence
Empire Scout is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pokémon, Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, Smogon, or Pokémon Showdown.
